To start the estate planning process, or to arrange for a review of your
existing estate planning documents:

  • Complete a confidential estate planning questionnaire and return it to Mike, so he will have information about you, your family, and your assets. Click on one of the following:
For post-death trust administration:
  • Please call Mike’s office for an appointment (telephone 949.474.9088).
  • Ask for Mike to email (or U.S. mail) you an Overview of Actions Required Upon the Death of a Trustor, with a calendar of due dates for action.
  • If available, please bring with you a death certificate, list of assets (with estimated values), estimated debts and mortgages, and a notation of how title is held to assets.
For probate administration:
  • Please call Mike’s office for an appointment (telephone 949.474.9088).
  • If available, please bring with you a death certificate, list of assets (with estimated values), estimated debts and mortgages, and a notation of how title is held to assets.
For other matters:
  • Please call Mike and discuss the nature of the matter (to assure that Mike is the proper person to contact), and for an appointment (telephone 949.474.9088).
